She can find that even at 5 o'clock that the door to Mr. Kahl's classroom is still open, though he hasn't seen students today. He's found himself going over his students notes on their behaviors, those who meshed well and who meshed too well, the students with Special Needs that he managed to figure out with the resources the Deck had available, the students with parents to watch out for. By the time he was done, the substitute teacher would be spoiled.
