It's not so unusual to be called to Säde's office. Not so unusual to be called away from doing part of a missing Jack's work to see her as a Ten, even. So he hands off the stack of logistical reworks he's done with to one of his cohort, promises he'll be back as soon as he can with the rest and that it'll be better if she just starts in on these so there's some progress. Reassures that there's very little the Queen can possibly want of him that won't take a few minutes and a bit of reorganizing unless everything's really gone to shit at the Outposts while they've been buried in someone else's work.

Which, well. Could be. But probably would have come with a more strongly worded note.

So appearing at her office with a slight knock and deferential lingering at the door is an easy thing. Completely without concern.
