She's carted an old record player into her office and strains of big band music can be heard echoing down the hall. If one were to look in, they'd find Elani sitting at her desk, tapping her toes in time with the music, humming intermittently, and working quite intently on various bits of paperwork. She's put up a system of alternating between actual human resources concerns the Clubs have and then scribbling out thoughts for the upcoming swing dance party.
Not that it's supposed to be a big affair, it's just that ideas keep springing into her head, so she has to write them down and look at them before she can toss out the ones that really aren't particularly suitable.
And for people who might notice, her wardrobe when she's in the office seems to have changed a bit from her usual more...flowy...pieces of clothing. ELani seems to have settled into something closer to business casual and started pulling her hair up into braided buns. At least it has the effect of making her look a few years more grown up than people seem to think of her as.
