Here's Uncle Itchy, the Nine of Hearts. He's been around forever--his father, it's rumored, joined the Clubs soon after the Holocaust ended, with hopes of a better life for his family.

Itzhak has a few talents unrelated to medicine: these include bartending, which is why he'd be attending the Masquerade even if there wasn't likely some shenanigans afoot. They also include making the best hangover-cure breakfasts in the Deck; his omelettes make the room stop throbbing.

And was probably under your feet the whole time while growing up. I imagine Ceiro being accident prone at times XD especially as a kid, and especially if he was following Athena around like a lost puppy.
