There's a yoga studio in Diamond Castle, of course. Silas is a devotee, and that means that yoga has a higher profile than it did before he became King and she became Ace (and Jack, before that). She's not using it today, though. It's become the kind of place where people look for her.

So instead she's in one of the few remaining empty rooms in Diamond Castle, in Pincha Mayurasana. She's simultaneously singing, though, which is probably not the most zen-like thing to do. Especially when it's Mickey.

She probably doesn't care, though.

"That's what I hear," Avery says when she gets to a break in the song. "But it's mostly about what relaxes you." Which, in her case? Sometimes involves annoying the hell out of anyone in earshot.

"On a diplomatic mission?" she asks as she shifts into a less advanced pose, one that allows for conversation. "The diplomatic corps has been spotty lately. Understandably."

"Whatever works," Wraidd said pleasantly. She didn't see how standing on one's head or how singing such an obnoxious song could be relaxing, but who was she to judge.

"Trying to figure out how many are flooding into the Crystal Palace and to see if the Heart Castle can take any of the overflow... though it doesn't look like it. We're seeing about equal numbers sadly."

"I think all the Castles are," Avery says. "What we need to be talking about is how to manage who can take refuge." There's not room for everyone, after all. Not even close.
