Hello darlings, this is Hanna (player of Anastasia) bringing you another card because apparently it was felt that I should make one.  Come say hi and see if you agree. So meet Laila, a five of Diamonds. She handles tech-support around here. Oh, and she'll try to get in your pants.

And right now, she is all ears.

So, an hour later or so, Elani can be found waiting for Lance in a practice room.

She's taken to forgoing loose hair and skirts for practice sessions such as these (possibly after the weaponsmaster tore one of her skirts in a session and told her to put her hair back lest it get pulled out if she had to fight). So she's braided her hair back and pulled on a simple outfit for exercise.

She's also performing various stretches in front of the mirror and she has quite carefully not picked up any of the practice blades yet.

What knowledge are you seeking from her? And why?

Between Laila and Suzanne, Zoë's having a day. And when you don't know how to fire a gun your options are limited.

How does he get himself into these situations?

Following her asking permission to challenge. Beth has been eager to finally get to it. She's checked her horse Biba, and she seemed well enough to take on the challenge. She also thought that winning her a challenge would be a great way for her to retire the horse.
Now it was simply a case of issuing the challenge.
She walked through the Castle looking far more confident than she felt "have you seen Adrien?"

I must insist on no violence.
