Today being Wednesday, Caleb's been down in Heart Castle spending some time with his family. Polite but strained conversation with his father and ducking his mother's thinly-veiled suggestions to switch suits to be closer to them are worth the effort, if only for Talia, his little sister. She's nine, going on thirteen, and growing up far too fast for him to be comfortable with. This is why when she makes suggestions like playing tag, or reading stories, or painting a mural, he's more than happy to oblige.
Currently, it's around two, and he's finally leaving, in clothes that are much more lived-in than when he'd put them on this morning. And by that one means both jeans and sweater are covered in spatters of pink, green, blue and yellow paint. There's even a smudge of blue on his cheek that he missed when cleaning up after lunch, and a streak of bright green in the hair at his temple. Feel free to run into him as he's making his way through the halls to head home and shower.
