He'd never admit that anything Julien had had him to do when he first came to the Deck had stuck with him. Particularly the bit about running endless laps and obstacles.

And yet, here he is, around dusk, and loping around one of the practice fields at an easy run.

Okay, maybe he realized that being fit and good at running would stand him in good stead with the whole people-wanting-to-kill-him thing. Still, it's the most activity anybody's probably seen out of him since he returned to the Deck so it's got to be at least a little surprising for those who've seen him lounging around in inconvenient places.
